We’re now investing out of our second fund, a €75M vehicle launched in January 2025, and fully backed by Exor. We’re Italy’s most active private early-stage VC, with the ambition to make 100 investments per vintage

‍We invest as early as possible and across sectors and geographies, with half of our portfolio based outside of Italy. Notable companies backed are Jet HR, Serenis, Diode, Lexroom, and many others.

Beyond investing, we connect people, amplify momentum, and give talented individuals the confidence and the community to go all in, through two ecosystem-driven initiatives: Reef and Wave.

Reef by Vento, our 5-month venture building program in Turin: it gathers yearly a cohort of 40 talented people who enters as individuals, find their team and leave as founders, building startups able to grow from Italy to Europe and beyond.

Wave by Vento (formerly Italian Tech Week) is our flagship event. Every year, we gather 15,000+ people for three days in Turin with a dual goal: bring world-class inspiration to entrepreneurs in our network, and connect them with top global founders, investors, and operators.

The conviction behind our strategy is simple: the Italian ecosystem holds a deep pool of underserved entrepreneurial talent. Vento aims to turn that structural gap into opportunity.
